I have been involved in recruitment in some shape or form for most of my working career. As AI has involved and the recruitment market has become more competitive, I believe a lot of people are losing sight of what matters – People. I am people driven to my very core and want to recruit an understanding that we are working with human beings. Getting this right is important to the company and to the candidate, our careers and the success of our businesses are huge things, and this shouldn’t be done half-assed.
